As co-founder of StatSlice Systems, Jared Decker focuses his career on the methods and applications of business intelligence, analytics, and corporate performance management. After working as a BI developer over a ten year period during which time he mastered his system development, analysis, and data presentation skills, Jared began sharing his knowledge through training sessions and seminars. With a passion for mentoring and a natural ability for sharing knowledge in a way that is intuitive and builds upon real-world experiences, Jared has taught many professional database and BI developers optimal skills to enhance their careers and their companies’ reporting and database systems. Today Jared oversees successful project delivery for consulting engagements while maintaining an emphasis on knowledge sharing opportunities. Subject areas of classes include database performance tuning, database security, ETL, report and dashboard development, and SQL.

Jared received a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Tampa and an M.B.A. from the University of Houston.
